A family in a PCS window does not need a clever interface. They need the next waypoint, in language that sounds like the military, without a bait-and-switch.
Reduce load, then decorate
The agent and property-manager match form is a mission map: one choice opens the next. Calculators ask for rank, zip, and dependents — not a ten-field marketing survey. Primary actions are labeled with the outcome (“Generate my mission plan,” “Claim a seat”), not vague verbs.
Visual system
Display type is condensed uppercase for titles; body copy stays readable. Color is the American flag set: navy, red, and blue, used for hierarchy and branch, not decoration for its own sake. Dark pages are for story and professional doors; light pages are for tools and boards.
Honest UI
Families are never charged. Professional seats state the price before the form. Disclaimers sit next to benefits, VA, and legal content. If something is pending (a foundation, a claimed seat, a rate that changes yearly), the page says so.
