Orders do not wait for a laptop. The PCS planner, BAH lookup, agent match, and base guides are meant to work on a phone with a thumb, not only a wide monitor.
What “mobile-first” means here
Every page declares a device-width viewport. Type, tap targets, and forms wrap on small screens. Grids collapse to a single column. We avoid hover-only actions for anything a family must complete.
Where families actually use this
BAH at a kitchen table. A base guide in a hotel. The match form after a phone call from the sponsor. If a control is too small or a table overflows the screen, that is a bug.
Report a mobile break
