The Founder
Hi, I am Jennifer Dane.
I started my career in uniform, as an intelligence analyst in the U.S. Air Force, where I learned to be right, not just fast, and trained in the analytical methodology that defines high-stakes work. From there I led teams as a CEO in the government, justice, and national security world before becoming a licensed REALTOR.
Real estate, for me, is the same work in a different form: helping people make one of the most significant decisions of their lives, with research depth, straight talk, and the patience to not rush it. I have lived the military life. I know what it is to move on someone else's timeline, and I built this platform so no family has to figure it out alone.
A rising tide lifts all ships. USMilitaryMoves is how I try to lift mine.

USMilitaryMoves is the consumer brand. Behind it, commercial, licensed-referral, partner, and charitable work stay in separate lanes so advertising never mixes with a real-estate file, and nobody has to use the network to qualify for help later.

The commercial company behind usmilitarymoves.com: content, tools, advertising, vendor memberships, and technology. This entity does not conduct licensed real estate activity.

US Military Moves Referral Realty LLC
A separate licensed referral brokerage. Families who ask for an agent are introduced to a vetted broker in that market. Referral fees stay in this company, with its own records, insurance, and compliance — not mixed with ads.

Partner Network
Exclusive installation seats for agents and property managers, plus vendors (movers, lenders, inspectors, and more) who pay to reach military families on the platform. Companies buy access to the audience. They do not buy family files.
Later
US Military Moves Foundation, Inc.
A separate nonprofit, planned after the commercial platform and referral brokerage can fund it. The $1 million+ giveback lives here. Families will not have to use the network or partners to qualify for charitable help.

Every tool and guide on USMilitaryMoves is free for military families, with no fees, commissions, or subscriptions. The platform is funded by the professional side, real estate agents, property managers, and local businesses who want to reach the military community honestly. As the network grows, so does our commitment to give back to the organizations that serve military families.
