USAG Yongsan-Casey still has a Seoul footprint, including Dragon Hill Lodge, but the garrison is in the Yongsan Relocation Plan. USFK headquarters and most family support moved to Camp Humphreys. DoDEA schools on Yongsan closed in June 2019. Service members with school-age children are assigned housing at Camp Humphreys so they can use DoDEA schools there. The rent ceilings on this page are the Camp Humphreys / Osan locality (KR025), which is the one those families use. A Seoul workplace locality is a different, higher ceiling. Confirm which locality is on the orders before you shop.

These are 1 October 2026 DTMO rent ceilings for members with dependents, converted at that pay period’s exchange rate. OHA reimburses the rent on the lease up to the ceiling. Unused ceiling is not paid. A separate utility allowance is paid on top, and the without-dependents ceiling is 90 percent. Dollar amounts move on the 1st and 16th.
