Housing Intel
On-Post Housing
Dormitories and barracks are the primary housing for unaccompanied Airmen. Quality has improved significantly in recent years.
Off-Post Rental Market
Very limited accompanied housing off base. Most Airmen do not bring families on this assignment.
Commute
Kunsan AB is adjacent to Gunsan city. Most unaccompanied Airmen live and work entirely on base. Gunsan is a short taxi or bus ride from the gate.
