Agents, property managers, and vendors use this portal to pay for a listing that reaches PCS families. Choose a plan, pay, and we publish after review.

Auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Each plan is a subscription. It renews automatically at the price shown on the plan until you cancel. The annual seat renews each year. Monthly seats and business listings renew each month. Cancel before the renewal date from the billing email we send from this page, or from the link in your Stripe receipt. Cancellation stops the next charge. The period you already paid for stays active until it ends.

If we cannot verify your license or military connection, or an exclusive installation seat was already taken, we refund that charge. After a seat or listing is published, the fee for the current period is not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Military families are not charged. By paying, you agree to these terms and the Terms of Use. Stripe emails a receipt for the payment.

Cancel or update billing
