On-base housing is very competitive; waitlists are long due to high demand. Apply on day orders arrive.
Off-Post Rental Market
Western Tokyo suburbs are the usual off-base area. OHA reimburses actual rent up to the ceiling.
Commute
Yokota is in western Tokyo metro. Most on-base and Fussa residents commute zero to 10 minutes. Tokyo trips via JR Ome Line train take 40 to 60 minutes.
