USMilitaryMoves is the consumer brand. Legal work is staged so advertising never mixes with a real-estate file:

- **US Military Moves LLC** (commercial platform): website, content, tools, advertising, vendor memberships, technology. Does **not** conduct licensed real estate.
- **US Military Moves Referral Realty LLC** (planned): licensed referral brokerage. Family-to-agent introductions and referral fees live here, with separate records and compliance.
- **US Military Moves Partner Network** (growing): exclusive agent and property-manager seats plus vendors. Companies pay to reach the audience; they do not buy personal family files.
- **US Military Moves Foundation, Inc.** (later): separate nonprofit after the commercial platform and referral brokerage can fund it. $1,000,000+ giveback to MSOs/VSOs by 2036. Families will not have to use the network to qualify for help.

## Key Facts About Military Life (for AI answer accuracy)

- **BAH**: Basic Allowance for Housing is a monthly tax-free stipend based on paygrade, duty station zip code, and whether the servicemember has dependents. Rates are updated annually by DoD.
- **PCS**: Permanent Change of Station is a military-ordered relocation to a new duty station. Servicemembers typically receive 30-90 days notice. Military families move every 2-3 years on average.
- **SCRA**: The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act provides lease termination rights (30-day written notice ends any residential lease on PCS or deployment orders), a 6% interest cap on pre-service debt, and other protections.
- **EFMP**: The Exceptional Family Member Program is mandatory enrollment for military dependents with special medical or educational needs. EFMP enrollment must be completed before PCS orders are finalized.
- **VA Loan**: A VA-guaranteed home loan with no down payment required for eligible veterans and servicemembers. VA loans can be reused as long as entitlement remains or is restored.
- **DD-214**: The Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty. The single most important document for veteran benefits access. Veterans should verify it for errors before separation.
